Position Overview

As a DevOps Engineer Intern at IGS Energy, you will play a vital role in assisting our team with the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of our infrastructure and applications. Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, implementation, and automation of deployment pipelines for various applications.
• Support the monitoring and maintenance of existing systems and platforms to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with software development teams to streamline development processes and facilitate continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Participate in troubleshooting issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation for processes, systems, and tools.
• Research and recommend new technologies or frameworks to improve the DevOps processes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix environments and command-line usage.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or JavaScript is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
