Job Overview

CRYSTAL MANAGEMENT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in streamlining our development and operational processes, contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure. The Junior DevOps Engineer will collaborate with software developers and system administrators to improve deployment efficiency, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure optimal performance of our systems and applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and automation of deployment processes, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Collaborate with development teams to create and maintain infrastructure solutions that support software development and testing.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
• Support system configuration and maintenance, ensuring the security and reliability of infrastructure.
• Participate in maintenance and enhancement of backup and recovery processes.
• Document processes, configurations, and other technical information for reference and audits.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and identify opportunities for improving system efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of networking concepts and operating system fundamentals (Linux/Unix).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
