Overview

Avetta is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer specialized in Mobile & Cloud Infrastructure to enhance our development and operational efficiencies. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of deployment pipelines, ensuring smooth delivery of applications across various environments. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile and cloud applications.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure environments, ensuring high availability and security standards.
• Collaborate with software engineers and system architects to support and streamline workflow and development processes.
• Automate manual processes and improve deployment velocity through infrastructure as code (IAC).
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues across environments to enhance system reliability.
• Conduct regular system assessments and fine-tune configurations to improve efficiency and resource utilization.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with a focus on mobile and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

Technologies & Tools
