Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Leverage configuration management tools to automate repetitive tasks and maintain system integrity.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues in development and production environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the best practices in software design and release processes.
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
• Ensure security and compliance of applications and infrastructure components.
• Provide second and third-level support and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps roles or related positions.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficient with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Experience with container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and services, particularly with AWS or Azure.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Technologies & Tools

The successful candidate will work with a variety of technologies and tools including but not limited to AWS Cloud Services, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Terraform, and various monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and ELK Stack. Familiarity with both Linux and Windows environments is essential for managing and optimizing our infrastructure effectively.
