Job Overview

Provision IAM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing development operations processes that improve the efficiency and reliability of our software development lifecycle. This includes collaborating closely with development and operations teams to automate and streamline processes, enhance system performance, and facilitate continuous integration and deployment practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid software delivery.
• Develop automated solutions for deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to optimize software development processes.
• Enhance system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Management of cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability of applications.
• Create and maintain documentation for deployments, configurations, and procedures.
• Implement security best practices and regulatory compliance in DevOps processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps engineering role or similar capacity.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of cloud service providers, especially AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
