Overview

Provision IAM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr DevOps Engineer to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of services. You will collaborate closely with development teams to optimize the CI/CD processes, enhance system reliability, and automate operational tasks. Job Responsibilities

• Architect and automate the deployment of our cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and deployment processes.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and resilience of applications.
• Collaborate with software development teams to integrate and support new applications and features.
• Develop and enforce best practices for configuration management, security, and compliance.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance on cloud resources.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications for team use.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of cloud service providers, specifically AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
