Overview

As a DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at CryptoRecruit, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and managing the infrastructure and operations of our blockchain and cryptocurrency exchange platform. Your responsibilities will encompass automating deployment processes, ensuring system reliability, and optimizing performance to provide an exceptional user experience. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment and integration.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the software development lifecycle.
• Automate infrastructure and monitoring solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.
• Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning to ensure high availability of services.
• Document processes, procedures, and innovative solutions to share knowledge across teams.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies to enhance our ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role, preferably within the blockchain or cryptocurrency sector.
• Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• In-depth understanding of networking, security, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and logging frameworks.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies and protocols is highly desirable.
