Overview

As a DevOps Engineer/Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) specializing in Blockchain, Crypto, and Exchange technologies at CryptoRecruit, you will be instrumental in bridging the development and operations teams to enhance our infrastructure and ensure the seamless deployment of applications. You will work on automating and optimizing our processes, improving system reliability, and managing the deployment of high-availability services within our blockchain products. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to accelerate application development and deployment.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and overall reliability while troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to architect and manage cloud infrastructure with an emphasis on security and scalability.
• Automate and streamline operations and processes through the use of scripting and DevOps tools.
• Maintain documentation for systems and processes to ensure clarity and continuity across teams.
• Work closely with development and product teams to provide feedback on system performance and application scalability.
• Ensure effective system monitoring, logging, and alerting by implementing best practices for all services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer, preferably in the Blockchain or Cryptocurrency sector.
• Proficiency in Linux systems administration and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of networking, security protocols, and application architecture.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies and decentralized applications is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.

Technologies & Tools

In this position, you will primarily work with various technologies and tools that facilitate automation and infrastructure management, including but not limited to: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Prometheus, and Grafana. Familiarity with blockchain-specific technologies such as Ethereum and Hyperledger, as well as programming languages like Python and JavaScript, will be essential to contribute effectively to our projects.
