Overview

Stryker is seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer, Staff to enhance our development and operational processes through the implementation of continuous integration and delivery practices. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployment.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize infrastructure, application, and operational enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any arising issues to ensure operational excellence.
• Automate repetitive tasks and contribute to the development of tools that enhance productivity.
• Implement and manage container orchestration platforms, such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Ensure security and compliance of the infrastructure through regular audits and automation.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in DevOps engineering or related disciplines.
