About the Opportunity:

The DEVOPS ENGINEER role is designed to manage and optimize AWS environments within a small, hands-on development team. This position is critical in maintaining and enhancing infrastructure while supporting ongoing development processes. The role requires a versatile approach to problem-solving, combining deep AWS expertise with development collaboration to drive efficient operations and practical innovation, including exploring AI applications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage AWS environments across networking, systems, and various AWS services
• Oversee DevOps operations, including infrastructure maintenance and development workflow support
• Develop scripts to automate and simplify DevOps tasks
• Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and IT teams
• Adhere to established processes while contributing to continuous improvement
• Assist in integrating AI into daily team operations

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in AWS technologies, including networking and systems
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or engineering
• Engineering mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and flexibility in following processes and incorporating feedback
• Responsiveness and engagement in team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Linux
• Scripting skills in Bash and Python to support DevOps automation

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The compensation range for this role is $130,000–$150,000 depending on experience.
