About the Role

Shakti Group Inc. is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer for a long-term remote engagement. The role involves maintaining server environments, supporting deployment processes, and coordinating with the Kyndryl team on system patches and security updates.

The ideal candidate has extensive IT experience, strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments, and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Linux-based server environments.
• Maintain and support Windows Server systems.
• Assist with server administration and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Support and coordinate application and system deployment processes.
• Work with the Kyndryl team to plan and coordinate patches and security updates.
• Help maintain server stability and support routine infrastructure requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of IT experience.
• Good working knowledge of Linux.
• Experience with Windows Server.
• Experience maintaining servers and supporting deployment processes.
• Ability to coordinate patching and security updates with technical teams.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the healthcare industry.
