Design, implement, enhance, and support enterprise CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or equivalent, enabling secure and automated build, test, deployment, and release processes across multiple environments.
Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure, including compute, storage, networking, IAM, load balancing, monitoring, high availability, disaster recovery, and cloud-native architecture.
Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift, including containerization, deployments, services, ingress, configuration/secrets management, autoscaling, health checks, troubleshooting, and production Kubernetes operations.

Implement DevSecOps practices by integrating SAST, SCA, container/image scanning, secrets management, vulnerability management, policy enforcement, and security controls into CI/CD pipelines while meeting financial-services security, risk, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Build and support enterprise observability and production monitoring using tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent; proactively identify performance, availability, capacity, and reliability issues and lead root-cause analysis for production incidents.
Partner closely with application development, architecture, QA, cybersecurity, infrastructure, database, and production-support teams to improve deployment automation, environment stability, scalability, resiliency, release quality, and operational efficiency.
Provide senior-level technical leadership for production releases, incident/problem management, disaster recovery, performance optimization, platform modernization, cloud migration, and automation initiatives, including mentoring engineers and establishing DevOps engineering standards and best practices.
Work effectively within a U.S.-based Agile/Scrum environment, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, release planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional delivery while communicating technical risks, dependencies, and status clearly to engineering and technology leadership.
