Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS and on-premises environments.
• Automate workflows and processes using Service Now and other relevant tools.
• Monitor systems for performance and security, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Establish and manage replication mechanisms for data across cloud and on-premises systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to foster a DevOps culture and principles.
• Resolve issues related to deployment, replication, and system performance.
• Document processes, configurations, and changes to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in on-call rotations, providing support during critical incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or automation engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and experience with on-premises infrastructure.
• Expertise in Service Now, with proven ability to automate processes and improve incident management.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins, Git, or similar.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Solid experience in monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent.
