Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and reliable DevOps practices, promoting automation and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
• Lead architecture discussions and decisions, influencing the design and implementation of systems and technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and refine DevOps pipelines and workflows.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies for automating deployments and improving system performance.
• Establish best practices for infrastructure automation and monitoring.
• Implement security measures throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams in DevOps methodologies and practices.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Continuously assess the tools and technologies used in the organization and make improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and operations roles.
• Proven experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD concepts, architecture, and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• CI/CD certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Solutions Expert) are highly regarded.
