About the Role

VistalTech Inc. is looking for an experienced DevOps Solution Architect to support our client's Application Architecture & Reliability (AAR) team.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in DevOps, DevSecOps, application architecture, and GitLab CI/CD, with the ability to bridge application engineering teams and enterprise platform organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement scalable DevOps and DevSecOps application delivery patterns.
Provide architectural guidance to application development and engineering teams.
Collaborate with enterprise DevSecOps and platform teams to align application requirements with existing tools, standards, and governance.
Identify gaps between application needs and enterprise platform capabilities.
Influence the evolution of DevSecOps capabilities through architectural recommendations.
Drive adoption of reliable, secure, and efficient application delivery practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in DevOps and DevSecOps solution architecture.
Deep understanding of application architecture and software engineering practices.
Hands-on expertise with GitLab and GitLab CI/CD — strongly preferred.
Experience working with enterprise DevSecOps tools, standards, and governance.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering and platform teams.
Strong architectural problem-solving and technical communication skills.
