• Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective CI/CD practices are in place.
• Develop, document, and enforce best practices for operational processes and incident management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the production environment, ensuring minimal disruption to service.

• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response activities.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
