Job Overview

The Senior DevOps (SRE) Engineer at Damco Solutions will be responsible for driving the adoption of DevOps methodologies and practices across the organization. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems for performance and reliability using modern observability practices.
• Automate system configurations, deployments, and other operational processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure optimal integration of application and infrastructure.
• Respond to incidents and outages, conducting post-mortems and implementing preventive measures.
• Participate in capacity planning and ensure infrastructure scalability and performance.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Advise on and implement security best practices across all environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
