Overview

ClearBridge Technology Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled DevOps/SRE Engineer to join our innovative team. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and availability through proactive analysis and troubleshooting.
• Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance product deployments and operations efficiency.
• Implement security controls and compliance policies within the infrastructure.
• Manage incident response and conduct post-mortem analyses to improve system reliability.
• Continuously assess and adopt new technologies to enhance operational processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role or similar positions.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with container orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Technologies & Tools

The DevOps/SRE Engineer will work with a variety of cutting-edge technologies and tools.
