Diamond Sales Expert

As a Diamond Sales Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey—from personalized consultations and diamond education to thoughtful follow-up and closing the sale. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven professional with a strong background in diamonds, jewelry, and high-touch client service.

What You Will Do

Deliver exceptional virtual and in-person consultations tailored to each client’s needs.
Guide clients through diamond selection, jewelry education, care, upgrades, resizes, and company policies.
Build and manage a strong lead pipeline through consistent follow-up and relationship development.
Drive sales results in a fast-paced luxury retail and e-commerce environment.
Partner with showroom, virtual sales, marketing, and product teams on clienteling, launches, events, and customer insights.
Represent a modern, sustainable fine-jewelry brand with confidence and professionalism.

What You Bring

Proven success closing sales in a high-volume retail or e-commerce environment.
Required experience selling diamonds; strong jewelry background preferred.
Certified Gemologist credentials highly preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, writing, and relationship-building skills.
A compassionate, positive, patient, and highly motivated approach to client service.
Availability to work a non-traditional schedule, including every Saturday and Sunday.
