People with experience as caregivers, direct care professionals, home health aides, or personal care assistants are also encouraged to apply. CFI is hiring for both Direct Support Professional and Home Manager positions.

What Youll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, youll provide hands-on care and encouragement to individuals with disabilities. Typical responsibilities include:

• Providing direct care and assistance with personal hygiene and daily living needs.
• Helping with occasional light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing light transportation.
• Assisting with leisure and recreational activities.
• Providing emotional and physical support and monitoring.
  
  

What Youll Need

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Open availability, including evenings, overnights, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to pass a BCII or FBI background check.
• Ability to pass required abuser registry and nurse aide registry checks.
• A safe, acceptable vehicle that passes a CFI-provided vehicle safety check.
• A valid drivers license.
• A satisfactory driving record as defined by CFI, verified through a company-provided motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
• Vehicle insurance and proof of coverage.
• Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, sit, and walk for periods of time.
