As Director, Global Employee Communications & Engagement, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience, driving meaningful engagement, and bringing the company's vision to life across its workforce. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, forward-thinking leader who combines exceptional storytelling with a strategic mindset, thrives on partnering with senior executives, and is excited to lead a talented team while reimagining the future of internal communications.

The Role:

• Lead a talented internal communications team, encouraging collaboration, professional growth, and fresh thinking across the business.
• Elevate internal communications through engaging content, innovative digital tools, and impactful storytelling.
• Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to craft compelling messaging, strengthen executive presence, and support major business initiatives

The Ideal Candidate:

• 12+ years of experience within communications, employee engagement, or related fields, including in-house experience and 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a natural ability to craft impactful messaging and engage audiences at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive employee engagement and organizational change across a global scale.
• A relationship-driven leader who excels at collaborating across teams, advising senior executives, and navigating dynamic environments.

Location: LA - Hybrid

Salary ranges from $160,000 to $200,000, depending on experience
