  • At least 6 years of progressive IT experience managing complex technology functions.
  • At least 3 years of full-time supervisory experience in an IT environment.
  • Experience managing managed service providers or outsourced IT vendors, including SLA and performance management.
  • Leadership experience in cybersecurity operations, including incident response, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and handle sensitive information with sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in state government, financial services, or another regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with audits, compliance, risk management, and shared-services operating models.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience with SAP, financial institution interfaces, secure file transfer, or enterprise system integrations.
  • Experience with IT procurement, vendor contracts, and budget management.
