Candidates should also bring demonstrated experience managing the incident lifecycle—from logging and classification through resolution, monitoring, escalation, closure, and updates to procedures or documentation—and a record of building productive relationships with stakeholders at different organizational levels. Experience supporting acquisition due diligence is required. Familiarity with manufacturing or operations environments, supply-chain platforms, and CRM systems is preferred.

Technical and Leadership Capabilities

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical reasoning, and complex problem-solving skills across software, hardware, and business applications.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including .NET and SQL Server, as well as Windows environments and network security practices.
  • Understanding of database administration, data accuracy, and record-management practices.
