Director of Marketing

This employer is a rapidly growing managed services provider specializing in cybersecurity and compliance solutions for the defense industrial base. They are seeking a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to build and scale a high-performing marketing function during a period of significant market expansion.

The Role

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to strengthen brand authority, generate qualified pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth.

• Translate complex cybersecurity and regulatory concepts into clear, audience-specific messaging for executive and technical stakeholders.

• Lead demand generation, content strategy, and multi-channel campaigns, including digital advertising, events, and account-based marketing.

• Partner with sales and service delivery teams to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives and improve sales enablement.

• Build, coach, and manage a high-performing marketing team while overseeing budgets, technology stacks, and agency relationships.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth within complex, technical, or regulated service markets.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage marketing operations, funnel metrics, and performance reporting.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical subject matter for diverse audiences.
