Director of Operations

M/B Partners is seeking a Director of Operations on behalf of a client in the Greater Chicago area to lead manufacturing and supply chain for its two business divisions. Reporting to the President, this dynamic leadership role will be responsible for the following:

• Operations leadership and execution;
• Supply chain and inventory;
• Safety, quality and reliability;
• Manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement;
• ERP, and;
• People and financial performance.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Ops Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Tech, Business or a related field with at least 10 years of progressive manufacturing or ops experience including at least 5 years in a managerial role with multiple function responsibility. Previous experience in combustion or gas-powered industrial or food service equipment will add significant value.
