Director of Partnership

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented partnerships leader to build and scale a global partnership ecosystem within the insurance technology industry. In this role, you will develop strategic alliances that accelerate revenue growth and strengthen market presence. You will work closely with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, system integrators, consulting firms, and technology partners to create valuable commercial opportunities. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead partnership strategy, joint go-to-market initiatives, and revenue generation through collaborative business development. You will also work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align partnership activities with broader business objectives.
