Director, Product Innovation

As Director, Product Innovation, you will lead the strategy, development, and commercial success of innovative healthcare data and analytics products.
You will identify high-value opportunities in the health insurance payer market, translating complex business challenges into differentiated product solutions.
Operating with general management-level ownership, you will be accountable for business performance, including revenue, profitability, adoption, and customer retention.
You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to turn promising ideas into market-ready offerings.
Through customer discovery, market research, and pilot programs, you will validate new concepts and build products that address evolving healthcare needs.
You will also help shape the future of payer analytics by leveraging data interoperability, emerging AI and machine learning capabilities, and changing regulatory requirements.
