We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support individuals with disabilities and mental health needs, promoting dignity and independence.

- Providing person-centered assistance with daily activities, personal care, meals, mobility, and community engagement.
- Following individualized support plans, observing and reporting any changes, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure quality care.
- Collaborating within a team committed to empowering individuals and fostering community connections.
- Prior caregiving experience and CPR/First Aid certification are advantageous but not mandatory.
- A caring attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an inclusive environment.
