Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of generative AI models and systems, ensuring their scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and frameworks to integrate into future roadmap planning.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Define and implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
• Participate in the technical review process and provide constructive feedback on design and implementation from team members.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems.
• Proficiency in generative models such as GANs, VAEs, or Transformers.
• Extensive experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Proven track record of delivering AI-enabled applications and systems in a production environment.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Technologies & Tools
