Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions, ensuring high levels of performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct research and stay informed about emerging trends in AI, specifically in generative models, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing of AI technologies and best practices within the organization.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance generative AI capabilities in products.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and ethical standards regarding AI practices and data privacy.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on generative AI or machine learning technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Extensive knowledge of machine learning frameworks, including but not limited to TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrable experience with NLP, computer vision, or other relevant AI domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to lead technical projects from conception through implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Technologies & Tools

The Distinguished Engineer will primarily work with advanced technologies such as TensorFlow and PyTorch for machine learning, along with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud for deploying AI models.
