Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of generative AI systems to enhance product offerings and optimize performance.
• Conduct research and development to identify emerging trends and advancements in generative AI technologies.
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and timelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Architect scalable solutions, ensuring high availability and reliability of AI systems.
• Review and evaluate AI models and algorithms for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Present findings and recommendations related to AI strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and compliance requirements related to AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning.
• Expertise in generative models such as GANs, VAEs, and transformer architectures.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or equivalent languages.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, specifically AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Exceptional communication and collaborative skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Technologies & Tools

The Distinguished Engineer will primarily work with a variety of technologies and tools including but not limited to Python and associated libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker), and version control systems (Git). Knowledge of data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Hadoop may be beneficial.
