Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of generative AI solutions that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to refine product requirements and feature sets.
• Conduct advanced research on AI methodologies and publish findings to enhance organizational knowledge.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in AI development.
• Drive technical discussions and present architectural proposals to stakeholders and executive management.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies that improve productivity and effectiveness in generative AI projects.
• Establish and enforce coding standards and CI/CD practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
• Proven track record in leading complex AI projects from concept through deployment.
• Expertise in generative models, including but not limited to GANs, VAEs, and transformer architectures.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
