Job Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of generative AI systems across various platforms.
• Provide expertise in AI algorithms, machine learning frameworks, and data analytics to inform project development.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to define project specifications and requirements.
• Conduct research to evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for application within the organization.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with deadlines and performance metrics.
• Engage with stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into system design.
• Present technical concepts and project updates to executive leadership and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning.
• Proven experience designing and deploying scalable AI systems in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of various machine learning techniques, including natural language processing and neural networks.
• Exceptional programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and frameworks, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Technologies & Tools

The Distinguished Engineer will utilize a range of cutting-edge technologies and tools, including but not limited to machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, data processing libraries like Pandas and NumPy, and cloud technologies such as AWS Sagemaker or Google AI Platform. Familiarity with DevOps tools for CI/CD pipelines, containerization platforms like Docker, and version control systems such as Git will also be crucial for successful project execution.
