Job Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of generative AI systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and robustness.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to implement advanced algorithms and machine learning models.
• Drive research initiatives in generative AI, staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies.
• Interface with stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into actionable engineering tasks.
• Monitor system performance, conducting troubleshooting and optimization to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI technologies.
• Proven expertise in generative models such as GANs, VAEs, or similar frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant languages.
• Experience with big data technologies and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or DevOps.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
