Document Administration Specialist I

Location: Greenville, SC 29601

Duration: 3+ Months

Pay Rate: $20/hr on W2 (No Benefits)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Receive, process, catalog, and ship mortgage servicing and collateral documents.
Perform data entry, document research, and maintain accurate records.
Review loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with documentation standards.
Request and track collateral files from document custodians and servicing partners.
Respond professionally to inquiries from vendors, investors, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate physical and electronic document inventories.
Update loan/document information in applicable systems and databases.
Monitor daily task queues and exception reports to meet required SLAs.
Process document requests, file check-in/check-out, and shipment activities.
Perform inventory audits and resolve document discrepancies.
Handle confidential customer and mortgage-related information professionally.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
0–2 years of relevant experience.
Basic understanding of mortgage servicing documents preferred.
Strong data entry, research, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to meet deadlines, SLAs, and productivity goals.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Strong interpersonal skills for working with vendors, custodians, and internal teams.
