Job Description
JD:
- Production Support: Experience in L1/L1.5 application support within Investment Management or Asset Management, including incident triage, ticketing, troubleshooting, and escalation.
- Eagle Investment Systems: Working knowledge of Eagle RDC, Eagle STAR, Eagle Automation Center, performance reports, data loads, extracts, and workflows.
- Batch Monitoring & Reconciliation: Experience monitoring batch jobs, data feeds, Argent alerts, CRD processes, Eagle–CRD reconciliations, and data validation.
- Incident & Release Management: Ability to execute runbooks/SOPs, support deployments, perform post-maintenance validation, and maintain operational documentation.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Strong communication and ownership skills to coordinate with business, development, infrastructure, and vendor teams while supporting critical production timelines.
