Job Overview

We’re hiring Door-to-Door Canvassers to connect with residents, conduct surveys, and distribute flyers in assigned neighborhoods. If you enjoy working outdoors, meeting people, and staying active, this could be a great fit. No prior experience is required—training and onboarding are provided to help you get started.

Pay and Performance Requirements:

Earn for every door you knock, whether or not someone answers.

Knock on a minimum of 100 doors per workday.

Maintain a minimum survey completion rate of 20%—at least 20 completed surveys for every 100 doors knocked.

Duties:

Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods and introduce our services.

Engage residents in friendly conversations and ask them to complete a survey.

Leave flyers at doors as part of your outreach.

Answer basic questions and share information professionally.

Use a mobile device to record doors knocked, completed surveys, and outreach progress.

Respect residents, their property, and posted no-soliciting signs.

Work with team members to complete assigned routes and meet daily outreach requirements.

Training and Advancement:

Training covers resident interactions, conducting surveys, flyer distribution, and tracking your work.

Onboarding support will help you get set up and ready to begin.

Opportunities for advancement are available through helping recruit and onboard additional team members.

Qualifications:

Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to assigned neighborhoods.

Must be able to pass a background check.

No face tattoos.

Clear communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.

Comfortable approaching residents and speaking face-to-face.

Able to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Access to and comfort using a mobile device.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions.

Previous canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
