E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

Our client, a growing fashion and lifestyle brand, is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract basis! This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for fashion, e-commerce, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Details:

• Pay Rate: $23/hr.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 40 hours per week
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 3–4 month contract
• Location: Calabasas, CA 91302

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, ticketing systems, and Instagram DMs.
• Manage orders, returns, and exchanges through Shopify and AfterShip.
• Track and resolve shipping and fulfillment issues in partnership with warehouse and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs in HappyFox.
• Engage with the brand’s online community while maintaining a consistent, friendly, and on-brand tone.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Identify recurring issues and customer feedback trends, escalating insights to leadership to help improve processes and service standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally within apparel, retail, or e-commerce.
• Experience using Shopify, Instagram, HappyFox, AfterShip, or similar customer service platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Positive, professional, and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers.
