E/M Coding Auditor

The E/M Coding Auditor plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of evaluation and management (E/M) medical coding across healthcare providers and client accounts. This position focuses on reviewing clinical documentation, validating reported codes, and identifying opportunities to improve coding quality and regulatory compliance. You will conduct audits, document findings, and provide constructive feedback to support corrective actions and strengthen coding practices. Working closely with senior auditors and coding leadership, you will contribute to audit reporting, compliance monitoring, and education initiatives.
