Job Description
Enterprise Account Executive | New York | USD 150k–200k base
Why join now
- The company is on a path toward $100M ARR after a $50M series A round within 3 years
- Blue-chip logos are already live, and early product proof is strong
- You’ll have direct access to the leadership team on GTM strategy, plus uncapped commission.
- You'll help shape the enterprise playbook as they move to a more structured GTM.
- As the team scales, there’s a clear path to team lead or regional leadership.
The momentum
We’re building an AI research platform that runs hundreds of AI-moderated video interviews overnight in 50+ languages, with every insight linked to its source transcript and video. Enterprise buyers in CPG, retail, pharma, financial services, and tech already use it for customer experience, branding, innovation, and UX research.
About the role
You’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle, from pipeline generation through close and expansion. Your quota is $2.5M+ in net new ARR. You’ll generate 15–20% of your pipeline through self-sourced outbound, build 4–5x coverage, and manage multi-stakeholder deals at Fortune 500 and Fortune 2000 companies that typically run 6–18 months. You’ll close multi-year deals (2–3 year terms), build ROI cases that survive CFO review, and work across the full buying committee: economic buyers, champions, procurement, legal, and InfoSec.
You’ll be productive within 3–5 months. The company is still building its enterprise infrastructure, so you’ll write your own decks, build your own account plans, and create your own pipeline when it’s thin.
Must haves
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- A track record of attainment at $2.5M+ quota scale, ideally with quota, attainment, and team ranking you can point to across the last three years
- Average deals of $750K–1M, and comfort at $500K–2M
- Multi-year contract experience (2–3 year terms)
- Experience selling to and negotiating with CMOs/CGOs, CIOs/CTOs/Heads of Data, and procurement
- Experience with long, multi-stakeholder cycles
- A track record of self-sourced pipeline
- Formal methodology fluency (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, SPICED, Challenger, or Command of the Message)
- A strong hunter mentality, and the ability to operate without a large enablement function
- Multi-threading as a default: you can name every stakeholder in a deal, what each one cared about, and how you sequenced them
Background we’re looking for
- Long-tenure enterprise sellers from category-defining platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, or Oracle
- Data platform sellers from companies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir, Confluent, or dbt Labs
- AI-native or startup-scaled sellers who have worked in both startup and large enterprise environments
- Enterprise sellers from CPG, retail, pharma, or financial services with a live executive network
Nice to have
- MarTech selling experience
- Market research or insights technology experience
- An existing network with CMOs, marketing leaders, or insights teams
- Series A–C or scale-up experience
