The Embark Agency is a Birmingham-area sales and marketing company that helps established brands reach new customers through face-to-face experiences. Our teams represent clients in retail stores, at expos and home shows, in stadiums and live events, and through pop-up campaigns across Alabama.

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Field Marketing Assistant to bring client brands to life in the field. You’ll introduce products and services directly to customers, help run live campaigns, and learn how real-world marketing turns conversations into measurable results.

No marketing experience needed. We provide full training, coaching, and a clear path to more responsibility.

What You’ll Do

• Represent established brands in retail stores, at events, and at stadium and pop-up activations
• Introduce products and services to customers and answer their questions
• Help interested customers sign up and track the results of each campaign
• Support campaign setup and keep brand presentation at a professional standard
• Learn how campaigns are planned, measured, and improved
• Take part in regular coaching on marketing, sales, and communication
