We are seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse to join our patient-centered team.
Responsibilities Include

- Providing compassionate, evidence-based patient care under the supervision of experienced preceptors
- Performing patient assessments and administering medications
- Documenting care in the EMR while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Rotating within an acute care unit and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Supporting patient and family education to enhance understanding and engagement
- Recent nursing graduate with a valid license
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices
