Event Coordinator

Job Title: Events Coordinator/Sponsorship Coordinator

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Location: Atlanta Georgia USA 30354 (Hybrid)

JOB SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines, status reports, meeting notes, and internal planning documents for sponsorship and experiential programs.
• Manage revenue and budget administration, invoice processing, reconciliation activities, and expense tracking.
• Support event planning logistics, including registration management, hospitality coordination, attendee communications, and vendor scheduling.
• Compile post-event metrics, reporting, and recap materials using graphics.
• Support agency and vendor onboarding processes.
• Assist in coordinating cross-functional communications.
• Support the Brand Partnerships & Experiences team with general administrative and operational needs as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing coordination, event coordination, project administration, operations support, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting budgets, invoices, contracts, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Experience coordinating meetings, maintaining project trackers, and preparing reports.
• Experience supporting events, hospitality programs, or marketing initiatives preferred.
• Automotive or luxury brand experience a plus.
