Executive Vice President of Operations

Role Description The Executive Vice President of Operations at BurkinAction is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance across the organization. This role leads cross-functional teams to ensure efficient processes, high-quality service delivery, and alignment with strategic objectives. The EVP of Operations will manage operational budgets, monitor key performance indicators, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with senior leadership on long-term planning and organizational priorities. Daily activities include guiding project execution, optimizing resource allocation, resolving operational issues, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves setting operational policies, mentoring leaders, and ensuring that operations support sustainable growth and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management to oversee complex, multi-site or distributed business functions and improve process efficiency.
• Strong P&L Management skills to manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and support profitable growth.
• Experience in Customer Service leadership to ensure service quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and support retention efforts.
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning to define operational roadmaps, align initiatives with organizational goals, and drive long-term value.
• Solid Project Management skills to lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines and risks, and deliver outcomes on schedule and within scope.
• Proven senior leadership experience, including leading remote or distributed teams and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a senior operations role (such as VP or COO-level) and a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is beneficial.
