Overview

Fingerprint for Success (F4S) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our development and deployment pipelines, ensuring that our systems run efficiently and reliably. Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines ensuring seamless software deliveries.
• Automate operational processes and maintain system health across development and production environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate new features and improve system performance.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Implement security best practices and monitor for vulnerabilities in applications and systems.
• Perform regular systems and application health checks, troubleshooting as necessary.
• Document systems, processes, and workflows, providing training for team members when needed.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps or Systems Engineering role.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
