Inspect, maintain, and repair community facilities, buildings, equipment, and common areas to ensure safe, functional, and well-presented environments.

Inspect, maintain, and repair community facilities, buildings, equipment, and common areas to ensure safe, functional, and well-presented environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections and preventative maintenance across facility systems and shared spaces.
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment as needed.
- Complete work orders and document maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and oversee contractor work when required.
- Support community events by preparing and maintaining related areas.
- Respond to emergencies, including snow removal, as part of facility support.
- Hands-on maintenance and repair experience with facilities and building systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to complete repairs efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage work orders and maintenance records.
- Customer-focused, service-oriented mindset for community impact.
- Capability to coordinate contractors and ensure quality work.
