Job Overview

Earn $110,000 to $130,000 as a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner in Orlando. The package includes about 13 days of PTO, at least 8 paid holidays, a paid birthday, a 401(k) match, covered malpractice, and reimbursement for CME and license fees. You’ll provide primary care, STI and HIV prevention, and women’s health at a mission-driven nonprofit clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care and chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension) to adults in Orlando and Titusville
• Deliver STI testing and treatment and HIV prevention, including PrEP and PEP
• Provide women’s health care, including contraception and Pap tests
• Coordinate with case managers, social workers, and the visiting HIV specialist
• Document accurately and on time in the practice’s EMR

Qualifications

• Board-certified FNP with an active Florida APRN license
• At least 3 years of NP experience
• Experience in STI care or HIV prevention and care
• Women’s health experience, including contraception and Pap tests
• Based in or near Orlando or Kissimmee, able to commute to Orlando and Titusville, and able to work on site five days a week
• Comfortable with patients from young adults through older adults, and with evolving workflows
• Active DEA a plus (not required)

Schedule & Compensation

• $110,000 to $130,000 base, W-2 | Five 8-hour shifts | About 20 patients/shift
• About 13 days PTO, 8+ paid holidays, and a birthday off | Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match after a 6-month introductory period
