Crew Member to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, people-focused restaurant environment.

- Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly service.
- Prepare and assemble fresh subs; slice meats and cheeses to order.
- Operate the POS register accurately and handle transactions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant.
- Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Support opening and closing tasks as needed and work effectively with a team.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Basic POS/register skills and reliability in completing assigned tasks.
- Potential to advance into shift lead, management, operations, or future franchise ownership.
A full-time year is 2,080 hours: $20 an hour is $41,600 a year before taxes, and $50,000 a year is $24.04 an hour. Pay calculator →
