Field Marketing Manager, Research Solutions - US West Region

For our client, we are seeking a Field Marketing Manager, Research Solutions - US West Region to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead regional field marketing efforts that drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth across research customer segments in the U.S. West region. The position partners closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate broader go-to-market priorities into localized programs that support business growth. It also requires strong market insight, program management, and performance analysis to continuously refine regional activation.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $115,000 – $183,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the West Region field activation plan and priorities
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify key territories and customer segments
• Translate go-to-market strategies into targeted local programs
• Lead demand generation initiatives across research customer segments
• Monitor program performance and recommend adjustments as needed
• Execute events and account-based marketing programs in priority territories
• Capture market intelligence to inform regional strategies
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales, field marketing, or related roles in life sciences
• Proven ability to partner with Sales on demand generation and pipeline growth
• Strong understanding of life sciences research customers and laboratory workflows
• Ability to analyze CRM and market data to inform field actions
• Excellent communication and project management skills in a matrixed environment
• Experience in flow cytometry or related technologies preferred
