Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician will deliver specialized electrical service and maintenance to help customers improve the reliability, safety, and performance of their electrical installations.
In this remote-based role, you will perform field service activities at customer sites and remotely, diagnosing technical issues and implementing effective solutions.
You will work directly with customers to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and minimize equipment downtime.
The position combines hands-on electrical expertise with customer service, technical analysis, and careful preparation of materials and equipment.
You will follow established quality and safety standards while ensuring service work meets customer expectations and applicable electrical codes.
You may also train customers and fellow service professionals, sharing technical knowledge and promoting consistent service practices.
